Default Service Apartment Rate vs Rental

Look at the rates by PanPac, you see why MM in CCR is such good investment class! MM bare unit rent is about $3000, throw in all the broadband, housekeeping etc, at most another $1000 chargeable. So monthly rent of MM is $4000. Whereas these service suites at least >$10k per month.

Service Suite (Beach Rd, minimum 3 nites booking)

Serive Suite (Orchard, minimum 7 nite booking!)
