Depends on your law firm. If I'm not wrong, the law firm will keep you posted with email and your bank will send you a letter later on.

I guess the center blocks are the last because that's where the showroom was situated?

Blk 38 has received the lawyer letter since february.

Thanks for the update. 9 units moved since last update 3 weeks ago. Slower this time round but better than standing still.

I guessed the bigger units do have additional discount compared to first launched but not 3 br and below :-)

60 more to 100%!

I seriously doubt CDL will do a Sky Habitat gimmick for BR..

1. Close to 100% take-up rate

2. Very reasonable PSF and still considerably lower than some notable projects, even in outskirts...

3. Lack of competitive projects in Bartley.

I only pity the 1st batch of Sky Habitat buyers... They have suffered a big paper loss already....

Not likely to discount given that the project is 93% sold and this is CDL, not Capland.

Capland pulled the same discount stunt with dleedon. So if you bought into a capland project that still has a lot of unsold units..all the best.
