i always wonder if contractors, architects, suppliers will be asked to show some "support" by developers....
the project is turning out really well.
I suppose the buyer is looking for landed and yet can't buy landed... dleedon units are big and facilities are abundant!
there's a segment of buyers who want facilities, and that's something that only GCB can provide so if they're not in that tier, strata with facilities is their way to go ...
and then there's the other segment who find landed planted on the ground without any view isn't very entertaining, so those types end up going for large penthouses with the view they want.
oh, there's a unit number. its 1E Leedon heights. so its a semi-d afterall?
now this guy has 3000+ more sq ft and a lot of facilities and conveniences.
the one with the watten estate may be sitting, waiting ...
there's a school of thought that emphasizes on immediate enjoyment of life and not waiting for 5, 10, 20 years. this is quite a contrast to others who don't mind sacrificing these things and wait for later. the problem is, when is this "later" ?
8000 plus sf for a semi D is actually huge. wonder what's the layout like though... cant see the layout of the stata units online.
it does seem like PSF of transacted units, have gone up again. i wld have thought the strata units would go at 1000 psf. . saw some 01-05 floor units going at $1400 psf plus when similar level and size were going at 1200+ last year.

Agents said Dleedon is kept low key in sales as CapitaLand is focusing on SkyVue and Sky Habitat now. Dleedon given her location.... they expect Dleedon will be commanding higher psf especially after Commonwealth Towers and Pollen Bleu launches... which would be sold at 1800psf thereabt.
1400psf.. probably lowest psf at Commonwealth... facing and height does affect psf... similar to Dleedon - there are 1200psf+ ones.. when they relaunch Jan13 period.
