    Quickly finish quickly collect money?

Maybe give them some time to rectify the defects. Maybe only selected units affected.

Most have to do with poor workmanship, for e.g., the floor laminates are soaked with water, cracks on wall, etc. But I must qualify that I only heard about it for some attacks: others were ok.

I thought there should be a clause in the T&Cs that after TOP the keys should be handled over by a certain period, otherwise the developer should compensate right? Is there such a thing? Its nearly 6 mths since Minton TOP right?

Hi every owner at Minton, I'm Jason.
Some of you might have already met me in regards to refinancing of your loans.
As for the rest who're interested in refinancing your loan upon CSC, you may PM me as well.
I've been checking with Kheng Leong and they have already submitted application to attain CSC.

Hi all Minton owners, now is the best time to refinance your property loans as the first disbursement was on september 2012 and its within 6 month from today which means you won't have to worry about paying more to your loans upon 3 years lock-in being served.
Do PM me if you have any queries and i'll try my best to render you any assistance you require.

Know of quite a number of people who switched to buy commercial and industrial properties after government implemented property cooling measures for residential properties, now many under-water and/or stuck, no genuine buyer and for the very few buyers around they are only willing to offer "chop-head" price........

Also have friends who bought/owned landed properties and wanting to sell recently after price start to fall, again no genuine buyer and for the very few buyers around they are only willing to offer "chop-head" price........
