Hi all,
My property agent told me he needs a Part time job as the market is very quiet... market slow down due to year end holiday season.....or prices too high no buyer biting?
Can ask your property agent friend to do other sales, recently saw ad in the newspaper for columbarium sales giving priority to property agents. :D
That one should be less seasonal.

In boom times, you have top agents and top losers.
In bad times, you hae top agents and top losers.
No conclusion can be drawn except that your agent is CMI.

It is indeed...new launches are doing much betr
So.... Is this a sign? But for sure, very much lesser speculators in the market. Mainly buyers with real holding power

Yes...sell property from new launch, not sub-sale.
Especially new launch from developer who set record high selling price.
When ask the salesperson:"why you could sell at record high price"
The reply was: "If could not sell at record high, we keep"
Anyone with common sense knows things that go up to record high would come down...

A glance at Saturday newspaper shows job advertise, property adverise, etc are all down. So holiday season is also a factor.
Thanks,
Richard
