Yes. I will buy. Condos are not HDB, got CCTV, got security. If they harass, call 999. Is it any of the prime area properties? If yes, give details, want to study further.

Condo - Not sure. Can security prevent? There will be lapse....

A friend of mine brought a unit like this. This is how he settled the case.

If you dare, wait for the loan shark up show them your IC with the new address issued by police. Or paste a notice for change of owner.

They will stop harressing you, and show them the new address of the buyer if you got it.
