Hi.
Can a foreigner (non PR) buy a property in Singapore(for investment or self stay or any other reason)? I understand you cannot buy landed. But can you buy non landed? like bungalow strata developments bungalow?

apartment & condos can. Landed cannot, strata landed also cannot. Sentosa is exception

With permission, some foreigners can buy landed. But must be big buyer with deep pockets with big contribution to Singapore.
