Price game for CCR/RCR/OCR

As inspired by a recent suggestion in this forum that a CCR unit is worth 2 units of RCR and 6 units of OCR respectively.

How about a simple game here to track price disparity between the three regions for sales from developers starting from Jan 2011. Index to be updated monthly.

Regions, Sold, Median Price, Price Index
CCR 200, $2,287, 1.00
RCR 401, $1,377, 1.66
OCR 933, $986, 2.32
Total 1534,

Note:
- Starting base line: CCR $2,287 as 1.00 (Jan 2011)
- All data as gather from URA
- RCR get 1.66 by (2287/1377), OCR get 2.32 (2287/986)

but bro..... nowadays got MM units leh, how ah, distort the median psf. The % difference quiet scary

Difficult to diffetentiate MM units fron URA data thus take average median price for fairness. Have tried to consider gathering data manually and found too time consuming.

Any suggestion to pick up data quick and easy?
