8xxpsf more likely for low flr non sea facing... I definitely grab one if within 900psf for high flr sea view unit

I know of developers who don't even have showflat for their projects and still manage to sell about 70% of the units. No launch either.... :o

heard from friend that they only release front stacks (near to drive 3)
for the VVIP pre-launch. some discounts will be given. agent still cannot
confirm the exact floorplan and layout and yet wanted to collect cheque from him for priority booking. Is market still that hot or desperate?:doh:
