I have agents calling me up asking if I want to sell any of my units at Coralis. It's weird as I have no intention of selling them for now. Think that they obtained my contact via the caveats.

Anyway, one agent mentioned that he can get a cheque offer at 1600 psf. I told him that my target is 2000 psf and he basically ask me to dream on which i will.
