BT today said likely above 1500 wor. i think possible above 2000 leh.

Terrasse (can sell 300?) + forestkill (maybe reach 200 by month end? still got 2 weeks mah) possible to be near hedges + 8 court? more launches this month rite? foresta + viento + interweave can equal centra heights + boutiq + water edge? if all these pan out then it will be a straight fight with more MMs launched later this month? hahahahhaha.


dun forget on 4th may auralis already sold 30 out of 56 with more likely throughout the month.

vibes @ east coast and Viridian could be launched this month also?

belysa EC also will easily trump the 113 EC units from last month?

LOL!I'm sure it can break 1500 but not sure about 2000... must remember 7 may weekend was election weekend and the entire country took a partial break from showflat visitations... so got a 50% viewing that Sat... :D
