i been saying housing loan is the CHEAPEST loan in SG:D :cheers6:

but the % quoted in the article abit too much i tink? effective int rate for car loan shd be around 3.5-4% now and not 7% (in any case, i nvr take up any car loan now...only housing loan:D )

Ya. Car effective around 3.5 to 4 now. That is why don't read blindly.

Housing loan 1%. Housing loan always use effective rate anyway. Car loan uses flat rate and is misleading.
