hi, lools like there will be a new showflat at Meyer Road.

Probably launching soon, likely after lunar 7th month?

Any bro here knows about this project by HLH?

Care to share ? At this point of time dont know how much the developer will be launching.....

There will be sea facing units and guess it will definitely come with a premium price tag .....

One of the Lee Seng Gee house along Meyer road, near sovereign. Thought HL own that land.

With that kind of unobstructed view of the sea and prime east coast location, I can bet developer selling above $2000psf, and penthouse at $2500psf onwards.

It will likely to follow Aalto kind of price.
