If near MRT is your only requirement, then there are indeed plenty. From studio to 2 bedders, from Pasir Ris to Jurong! Yes www.propertyguru.com.sg (http://www.propertyguru.com.sg) is a good start! :o

Hi ymgsterling,

Your request for help is like a shot in the dark. There are just too many MRT stations in Singapore.

May I suggest you (or your friend) go to Google maps and follow the MRT lines from station to station and look at the properties around. Then go to one of those online property websites to find the price.

We have tried for a while.
Besides the MM units that are yet to TOP, seems like it is not possible to find any completed projectes for $700k.

1 bedroom at Parc Imperial , pasir panjang

following are 2bdr only, i'm not familiar with 1bdr or MM...
price are actual transacted price recorded on URA...
HougangGreen and Melville park are quite far (0.7-0.8km) from MRT...
Textile Ctr is very old, but right inside down town. Most units used as office.
