If price-wise is the same, I advise you to go for the unit with "condo" status :D

Condo refers to those with full facilities? Then again, what is considered full facilities?

Its more to do with just facilities; as the plot ratio, setback from boundaries & height of the building will define if its able to have condo status. :cool:
