Just curious, which condo that are Freehold and are also situated near mrt? Lets say less than 1 km

IMHO I think 1km a bit too far to walk to MRT in Singapore's weather.

many near orchard rd, newton and novena mrts :D
There are also several near Woodleigh MRT, Bartley MRT and Serangoon MRT. All less than 500m.

i stay at serangoon.
and these are like mainly apt with a small swimming pool
do not have full condo facilities
and they dont have high psf...look at Nin Residence!!

If it is sheltered, I think it is still more walkable than a non sheltered 500m under the hot sun or big rain.

One condo I can remember of is Vistaya View, just at the doorstep of paya lebar mrt station.
have u try walking? where got near Don't just look at the map/layout, there is a side gate for residents on Lor Chuan Road in front of the traffic light. MRT entrance is facing this traffic light at the T-junction.
The side gate is at the boundary near Block 66. Very near...distance is only 20m, the distance of the traffic light only..

Can consider the condominiums near kembangan mrt such as kembangan suites, kembangan plaza and kembangan court. all freehold and very near mrt and much cheaper than those near novena, newton, orchard. Wait till the paya lebar commercial is up, price should appreciate.

Was referring to Goldenhill Park Condo, not Goldenhill Villas or Goldenhill Estate.
Now we understand why he said goldenhill is far from MRT! :o This condo is really near but the estate and landed is really far! LOL! :D
Golden hill is inside those landed housing , it takes a while to walk from there to Lor Chuan , not to mention mrt I suggest that you go and take a walk by yourself from Goldenhill Park CONDO. But since you are not a resident and clueless..., here is the Google picture of that side gate direct in front of the T-Junction traffic light between Lor Chuan and Serangoon Ave 3. Opposite side is the Lor Chuan MRT entrance.

Do your homework 1st if you are really interested...in whatever you want to buy..:doh:

The new DTL3 line's Tampines East Station - about 1km nearest will be Azeala (999), Avilla (FH) and Carissa Park (FH)... in the Flora Road/Drive area.

Once the ERL is announced.. there will be heaps of FH condos near the stations of that line. I can't even start to mention them, there are way to many...
What about sites sitting on MRT stations which have been sold but not built? There is one on Bartley MRT station, waiting for eternity to be launched! :doh:

Another freehold condo near MRT would be Marbella near Dover MRT :).
