Is this even possible? Who in the right mind would spend 100k p.m on rental

Yes, Pinoy can be citizens too but quite rare... However, I noticed new citizens are mostly PRC, MY and South Asian.;)

I have different experiences wor. Nvr come across Citizen but PR or permit holders.:)

Most likely she is a PR. A foreigner on Employment Pass/Work Permit is not allowed to take up any other employment other than the employer who has sponsored the pass.
