Only three of its 59 units are left unsold-to-date since it previewed last Sept 7.

I almost pick up one as well.
But after consulting a few friends, and agree that there are better buy nearby.

The drawback of this project : too few parking lots
U dun need a swimming pool, who wants to swim there?

Air space counted as strata area...noticed most of the projects now counted in alr...but not all older one count...so this makes a lot of differences

as all these dun hv the SSD, so, there was a rush lately...

most impt, dun listen to the rental yield quoted by the agents....very irresponsible..

i always tot these type of ppty cost abt 5xxpsf now but 60LH....this one FH worth 1100psf ar....?

i rather pay 1100psf for a mm unit in the vicinity wif 4yrs ssd:p

i guess others got different views....:cool:...but be nice to have a commercial property in ones portfolio....:)

Agreed - may more other considerations compared to residential.
But some great advantages too.

yup agree...applies to everything in life.....if u married stick to ur wife....:D.....DONT diversify....:D:D:D

For this particular project, the area is too small for "production" as too expensive as office
