Talking about hdb shops, called an agent that day to check out the selling price of a tiny shop in jurong east, asking price is $3xxxpsf for a 200sqft unit, damn bloody ridiculous. $3xxxpsf for a pty with 64yr remaining is unheard of in that area. Agents say the asking prices of hdb shophouses is unprecedented these days.

focus on the east region, prices has already gone up far too insane in the western region. I would say dun even bother looking at hdb unless rental yield is horrendously sick , freehold non-hdb shophouse might be a better choice in east coast side

PPI of shop space has already went up by 3.4% in Q3, far more than prices in residentials :scared-5:
