how much paper gain for your assets for whole year 2011?... owner occupied or investment...


me ikan bilis' junk assets: ~15% for condo, ~10% for hdb, ~15-20% for commercial/industrial...
paper gain only hor,... price could be at turning point now... but will "sit tight sight" and no offloading... collecting rent arh !!... :cheers4:

Most paper gains are realised by end of 2011, lucky before the last CM, now left with...

Own stay - pgain 10%
Rental Income - pgain 50% (hold long term, good yield and appreciation)
Investments - no significant

Stocks and shares - 20%

- very uneventful portfolio, trying to learn to maximize it.
