Their 1+1 581sqft is the most popular with whole of stack 1 sold out, stack 5 left 14th floor and above from $795877. 1370psf. :scared-1:

How many units are sold so far?
The psf looks high. Thomson 368 was launched with only 1300psf.
New to this site. Does anyone know how this project is selling? Very little reported in URA website. I am interested in the location -- any further thoughts?

Only 2 units sold, currently 67 out of 125 units sold. Is this really the cheapest in D12 as advertised?

That's true for the ripple effect..even Interweave (just across the road) did see some sales in Sep.
Developers is in trouble. Lets hope no swimmer got wash down
