bad timing of launch. Nothing unique compared to GE. its ok to be small but location is exactly around GE.

Generally, I think GE have better value in future.
For rental, is easier to market and should have slightly higher rental. Further, Mtn fee in general should be lower as compare to smaller development.

For future capital gain, very much depend on the surrounding factors.
However, because Resale price also have some co-relationship to it rental yield. With better rental yield, it general the resale should be higher.
