Where to rent if working in Sentosa?

Yo!
I have been an east sider most of my life and I'm very SUa gu about harbour front MRT area.

Asking for a friend:
she has a shuttle bus to get her to her workplace in sentosa from Harborfront MRT and decides to move near the area.

She wants to rent a whole unit . HDB or private doesn't matter. Budget $2500 max.

Ideally can walk to MRT becasue imagine have to change bus after a hard day's work quite sian..

I was thinking the circle line all the way from harborfront to Kent ridge seems good but not sure if any HDB of apartments are right next to MRT.

If got direct short bus ride could also work.
Any expert suggestions??

Perfect if got sea view. where are the HDBs that has Sea view?
$2500 budget enought to rent a nice place there?

Good recommendation! Best option.

Or alternatively a HDB in Punggol (some sort of seaview I guess). NE line MRT sit from one end to the other.

$2500 can rent a 4bdrm in pg.. can hunt for high floor facing the waterway.. quite cool at night with all the lo-mantic lights :D
