not sure anyone experiencing the same as me. Keep getting system on maintenance and very laggy in search.
Something is screw up there for the last few days.

Many ads are of the same property with overlapping listings. The website is getting overloaded.

Its pretty much in permeant server upgrade the pass week. the longest server update I ever seen.. hah

Prop guru is more for resale than new launches....
But resale volume in down dramatically....
Yet the website is going bust from overuse....:banghead:

He started the thread 5-6 months ago shouting 50% drop...
6 months later market went up 5% so now must drop 55% in 2.5 years...
Is that possible in 2.5 years? If major banks know it, they will definitely not loan 60% to 80%, it will only loan out 40% to 50%.
even if makret drop, it doubt it will touch the breakout point...

I think their biz doing too well but forget to upgrade their server earlier lah!
Anyway, I heard the market will go south next year! Keep looking and waiting!:)
