u should check out the new potong pasir project. very good layout for 2 beds DK but pricing is mad.

Honestly, I suspect the govt gonna step in to do something about dual keys soon. Otherwise soon developer can just build 3-5 keys apartment? dont need to pay ABSD :cool:

no problem lar. GE 275 units with so many penthouses all sold out within a few weeks.
