The 2 showflats (1-BR Loft & 3-BR) is currently out of bounds for viewing. Brochures are also not ready. There's a scale model of the development.

I was at the VVIP launched, rem they had a section cordoned off for what seems like majority is mainlanders from the accent they were speaking with. Agent also shared that majority of townhouses buyers are Chinese and it start fr like 2.8mil?
