Sale demand is still super up up up despite govt's efforts to slow it down with the recent launch of the BTO flats... imagine if don't have those launch, sales volume might be even higher! :beats-me-man:

as usual, sabo every one lah after he ownself exit at you said 1900 rite? @%%@ really have to ask questions why UOL in such a rush to sell? really scared demand completely dry up for big quantum units? u see caveats for gallop green 1900psf and the much older gallop gables at 1700psf, quantum even larger at >$5m. why? UOL no confidence in their own brand new product is it? :tongue3: :D

It cuts across various segments.

And more importantly, some of these are clearly investment properties.

Prices looks like it will continue to inch upwards.

Well top 5 projects with 3 digits sales volume are not MM types or Geylang area.. :)

that's because MM will be sold out before it hits such high 3 digit numbers :D

This is the best FH MM launched this year IMO. Fair pricing. just mins away from KR. But KR will be releasing at $2000psf.
