Interestingly i noticed this stretch of apts just next to katong shopping centre..i did a search a lot of units for rent/sale...top in 2009...but seems like NO one i there when i pass by...wats the story....:scared-5:

ya,i find it kinda weird also.
project should have t.o.p for quite sometime already n till now no one is staying there.
maybe all the owners are trying to rent it out or selling it with no takers.:doh:

rumored that one of the old bungalows that was on this site was haunted last time. if i'm not wrong it was the child care one.haha

This one is the funniest one.. Dungeon for rent. But i'm sure there will be takers. Some people are not too choosy.. like the buyer...

Long long time ago when I was still in secondary school, I remembered there was a light green villa at that site which appeared perpetually vacant. The villa had a name but I can't recall what it is now.

All those that moved in are the basement units so you couldnt see lol

I think the real test to come will be when it rained heavily..
