For a proper setup, the lap pool 50m pool, shall be separated from free form pools.

If a condo only has a Olympic size swimming pool, without free form pool for those cannot swim, then it is not a good design.

In fact, u just need to have a half width Olympic size swimming pool, 50m with 1.5m depth and two big free form pools, and two children play pools will be a great design

ya, in term of number of units to pool size, or even the absolete size, Seaview is one of the best if it is not the best. I have yet to find a condo like that. The best, not many people using the pools.

When one ages, aqua-gym and swimming will be the best sport to go.
