Lianhe Wanbao reported Monday that local property developer Koh Brothers is offering a free six-month stay for a family of three in a $1.6 million condominium at Florence Road.

The developer of the five-storey freehold condo Fiorenza started offering this free stay since last Friday.

All the family needs to do after the free stay in the 1,367-square-foot apartment is to give feedback about the property.

The Chinese daily said Koh Brothers will be making an announcement about the offer in local newspapers this Friday.

Koh Brothers manager Xu Qing Xiang told Lianhe Wanbao that the family's feedback will be used to help the developer improve on its lifestyle offerings in future projects.

The family will be able to start their stay in the two-bedder unit from the June holidays onwards. However, they will need to give feedback about their stay within six months.

A Koh Brothers spokesperson told Lianhe Wanbao that a family of three was preferred and that they had to download a registration form from the company's website.

They also need to submit a 100-word statement as to why they deserve the chance to the Koh Brothers office between 2pm and 6pm on May 19.

The condominium is fully furnished with Italian designer furniture. The family only needs to bring their clothing, the spokesperson said.

There are luxury furnishings such as a Wi-Fi multi-room digital music system and a glass jacuzzi on the balcony. There will also be a gaming system.

The feedback garnered from the family's stay will help the property developer tweak living needs in the next phase of property development.

The unit will be renovated and sold after the free stay is completed.

Koh Brothers to offer free stay in project

By michelle tan

FOR those looking for a temporary place to call home, the Koh Brothers Group
may have one for a family of three and for free to boot.

The developer is giving away a six-month stay from next month at its
recently completed freehold project, Fiorenza at Florence Road.

The 1,367-square-foot (sq ft) two-bedder unit comes fully fitted with the
latest home automation ware, a jacuzzi, and Italian designer furniture.

To make it easier to move in, the unit will come decked with cutlery and
even a gaming system for added family fun.

Said Francis Koh, managing director and group chief executive officer of Koh
Brothers: "We are pleased to be the first developer to create a concept home
that brings together innovative big ideas for smaller spaces.

"Our aim is to provide a signature lifestyle to potential buyers of our
future developments, one that offers maximum comfort in modern compact
living spaces. We see this as the trend going forward and we want to be the
one taking the lead in defining the standard."

However, in exchange for the free accommodation, the winning family will
have to provide feedback to Koh Brothers at the end of their stay to help
the developer improve on its lifestyle offerings in future projects.

"We are interested in the feedback and this move is part of our commitment
to bring living lifestyles to greater heights in our developments to come.
Every project is unique and we take pride in going beyond the limit to
provide homeowners the added touch," said Mr Koh yesterday.

Families who are interested to take part in this rare offer will be required
to submit a 100-word essay at the Koh Brothers office between 2pm and 6pm on May 19.

Launched in April 2009, the 28-unit Fiorenza development has been fully sold
with the exception of two identical units, one of which is the concept home.

Notably, the concept unit is estimated to be priced around $1.6 million
while the identical bare unit is valued at around $1.4 million, according to
Mr Koh.

Huh? They didn't manage to sell out the property meh? The amenities around the area is great but what's so special about staying there for free.

C'mon, do you really need to give people free stay in order to elicit feedback? Publicity stunt!
