thanks apple, though i already saw the other notice by ccsee 6 days ago.

in case some of you may not know...
at the top where the `All Units' is shown, just type in the unit number eg `08-18', click the search button and all previous transactions for that unit (if present) will appear, even if it is several years back! tested a few - friends' ! :D
this is almost like streetsine! with many more functions!

thanks to the former stock analyst (who are you?) who set up this website for a transparent property market with free access to info. please keep it this way for a long time.

disclaimer: i do not have any share in this great and informative website.

there are so many facing, all with different prices. depending on what you want, your investment horizon, your prediction of potential future upside, and of course your budget.

how to get in on the action?
this is so easy :D just make an offer la, either to developer or subsale.

We wrote to the authorities on the matter. Hopefully we can reach a good compromise.

We were advised not to publicly published the letter for now so we took it down.

I find the fact that my unit number is revealed so openly in the website. If I am some angry old man or basic will complain or Sue them.

Must b paid one la.. How do u like it if property fall 50% and someone come to u n hey hey50% fire sale and know you obviously cannot hold. So there is no such things as free. And people can obviously Sue for money.

People see your unit number but don't know who own it right, so what is real issue? Make you pay so that less people will be busy body to check on the rich since the busybody are always those with a lot of time but less money? :p

Negotiation process. What are the likely units you can offer lowwww lowwww. Then why do you think people check shares times and sales + volume and who is buyer and seller and who is manipulating the market. who are the market movers, similar concept.
