hi all, it's been a decade since i last renovated my place.
i like to know what's a ball park figure to renovate a old 3 bd rm unit these days.
plain vanilla reno rate not those fanciful designer ones...

1. kitchen cabinet replacement
2. 2 toilets renovate
3. floor polishing

kitchen cabinet est 100pfr . Dismemtle 200 bux, assessories 300 bux..top. Depend of using marble/granite about another 70 pfr
Floor polish. Assume marble fr for hall est 1000 bux, 3 bed room wooden fr est 800 bux

Toilet, difficuit to tell, depend to what extend...

Without floor tiles, maybe 30-40k.

My sis' 3 rm flat - dismantling, hacking, 2 bathrooms full renov, kitchen floor tiles, living room floor tiles, 2 bedroom laminate, whole house rewired, plumbing, whole house plaster and paint. $15.5K 2 years ago. Tiling workmanship was very good.

I suppose for 2 bathrooms and kitchen cabinet, should be much cheaper.

I suppose for 2 bathrooms and kitchen cabinet, should be much cheaper.
