have u consider buying in bangkok?
now they have these 2 super high end projects in cbd bangkok silom area.
ritz carlton residences (LH) n m silom (FH).
both projects are in the piling stages n it comes at a fraction of the singapore prices compared to our sail n mbr..
quality wise,i find that they are on par if not better than our 2 famous marina bay condos..
i find that there are lotsa of upside for property prices in bangkok.:cheers6:
