CEA’s plan to implement grading system could be disastrous for the whole industry.

CEA has nothing better to do most of the time. They should just concentrate on misdemeanours committed by agents and stop at that. By over monitoring, they are not proving to be very useful, more of a nuisance. I am not speaking for agents, but when an organisation starts to nitpick certain industries n come up with redundant rules and regulations, someone has to voice out. A good example is making agents wear their license tag whenever they serve customers, shouldn't that same standard be applied to insurance agents, bankers, and all professionals who need to serve customers?
