I dont usually take photo when viewing leh, coz look inexperienced and SuaKu!

You got see ppl take photo during viewing ?
The only instance that happens is when the expat come and view and take photos to show their spouse to get approval to rent the place.

Otherwise, most people dont take photos.

In fact, you have to look as uninterested/excited as possible with a tinge of positivity. Then u can negotiate a better price.
