Looks like Office Boy knows more than you wor!

Launching at abt 7000 psf +- 15% for different facing.

For retail shops, facing commands huge premium compared to residential.

For residential, a west sun vs non west sun facing maybe diff is abt 3-5%.

For commercial, its all about traffic and frontage.

Difference can be 25%!
