and now max LTV=40% lah... better eye for cheaper resale units...
or... go for big big EC... 4 or 5bdr dual-key penthouse type,... very shiok !!...

Resales unit in Mt Sinai is around 1.8 to 2.4 mil SGD.

Is there EC in Mt Sinai?

umm.... on 2nd thought,... stay put living in your tiong bahru HDB might be even better solution ... :(

yt i aim for d15 end up go back to d18.....no choice because of pricing..maybe u aim somewhere more affordable...:2cents:
