MM projects also got different scales. So don't think there is a guide

Really depends on developer, some as if they not in need of $, after fully sold, can leave the project site idle for 6 mths and do nothing.. then used another 6 mth to start foundation work :confused:

If you post the Developer, you will get an answer. It is relatively consistent for each developer.

I thought the developer will state the expected TOP date but normally it will be earlier than the expected date, that's my :2cents:.

how accurate is the expected TOP stated on the board at the site..the project i looking at stated expected in Jan 13 but until now only start to do scaftfolding leh..

Once foundation is done, I think everything will be quite fast already. From what I see, some of the TOP stated on the site board is different from the S&P agreement. It could be a typing error. For my project, the site board stated Yr 2014 but my agreement stated Yr 2015, then few months back went back to the site to take a look again and it had changed to Yr 2015.
