The developer is inviting big problem from Controller of Housing.
There is no way to clear 800 units within 4 hours
I think it is possible. I believe developer has legal counsel advising the sales process and proceedings.
The developer very lucky.

how reliable is your source? Friday night 450 units according to some forum members here, if 80% sold means 640 units sold. almost another 200 units sold since the new measures took into effect?

From Radio 938 this morning. Actually, yesterday Channel 8 news (6.30pm news) reported something like 20 & 80. I'm not very good at interpreting the percentage in Chinese. As some forummers have menioned, it had sold 450 units, so 20% is not possible lor.

The news reporter mentioned something like either 百分之八十 or 百分之二十 but this morning the radio 93.8 mentioned 80%. Don't know who can confirm it?

80% sold... hahahha.. I went today... I heard only 300+ sold out of the 800+ unit... I believe all this so called 80% 90% are just marketing... I believe is 80% of what is being released is sold out..
Another thing to note... what is being sold is mostly small units.. like the 1 room units.... I heard all 90 of them are sold out.... I also feel the pricing is really a bit crazy... At least i will 100% will not selected that area for that pricing...
