See some listing asking 700k for 495sf (1414psf). :47:

I more interested to see what kinda rent it can fetch. Maybe $2600.

THe building itself is nice.
But I cringe the the face-to-face, I am see u running out of bathroom in underwear kinda distance.

Dont really like.

Worst is terrace housing. When old you will see all sort of funky exterior wall colors. Some might even look like temple.
