Checking years left in a leasehold property

Hi, can anyone tell me how to check the number of years left in a leasehold property as have been searchin google to know avail. Reason being was that most property only tell me when the place TOP but never specifically mention when the land lease actually starts.

If it is your property, check the title deed.
If buy from developers, check the Sale and Purchase agreement or Option.
If not your property, need to pay money to conduct inlis title search.
