The Quinn to get July launch; Lush Acres 1.6 times subscribed

TOP Global intends to launch The Quinn, a freehold residential development along Bartley Road, at the end of July.
Comprising 139 units spread over four five-storey blocks, the development has apartments ranging from one-bedroom units (starting from 484 square feet), through two- and three-bedroom units (646- 1,141 sq ft) to penthouses exceeding 2,000 sq ft.
Prices are expected to start from $1,500 per square foot.
Said Jennifer Chang, chief operating officer of Top Global: "The Quinn is located close to the upcoming Bidadari Township, which we anticipate will raise the development's capital value when completed. We also foresee rental demand from the working populace based at Paya Lebar iPark, the Central Business District and Seletar Aerospace Park."
She added: "So in addition to being a choice location to live in, The Quinn is also a highly viable investment option."
The Quinn is within walking distance to Bartley, Woodleigh and Serangoon MRT stations.
Amenities in the vicinity include nex, Maris Stella High School, Cedar Primary School, the Stamford American International School and the Australian International School.
Separately, Lush Acres, City Developments' 380- unit executive condominium (EC) at Fernvale Close, was over-subscribed by about 1.6 times in the opening weekend.
Part of the allure of the 99-year leasehold development lies in the option of a distinctive Balcony Entrance concept which mirrors the entrance experience of landed living, and the Agri-Cube Hydroponics Farm where residents can grow vegetables by utilising hydroponic technology, said CDL.
"The warm reception that Lush Acres received over its opening weekend attests to the development's appeal in terms of its location, value, convenience, unique features and potential appreciation," said Chia Ngiang Hong, CDL's group general manager.
Lush Acres' 380 apartments are spread across four blocks and range from three- to five-bedrooms units; sizes range from 915 sq ft to 1,722 sq ft.
The application period for eligible EC buyers is until July 21. Bookings will be conducted on Aug 17.
