This forum is for meaningful discussions. I do not deny the fact that some of you do have interesting information to share, but I've noticed recently some of you have been "spamming" this forum.:tsk-tsk:

Can I suggest if any of you wants to market your projects to make your agenda clear upfront as anything else makes it look fake.

Bros...not meant to bash agents, some do provide useful info. Just feel they should say upfront they r promoting something. Been following this forum for quite sometime liao, it's only recently I've noticed these agents coming in all over the place

Agents who try to make use of this free forum to sell properties dont understand the risk they are taking.

Some characters in this forum are sharp and harsh enough to provide a entire list of whats wrong with a PC.

So when others try to google the same PC, they will get to see the whole list of problems or what other better choices there are in the market!

(i) If someone has already posted a thread about a particular property / development, please DON'T post another thread on the same property / development.

(ii) This forum is not an agent forum .... if you start a thread on a property / development, other agents also have the right to post in your thread.
