only up to level 5 height...wondering why they did not build up to 8 floors? same for grandview suites. the project occupies half the row of terrace houses...so the other half remain or another developer enbloc it?

those who keep complaining about streetwalkers outside their house sld just sell their unit and buy this project instead. they can make friend and stalk 114 units of neighbours.

some of the 1 bedder penthouse comes with void space above the lower storey balcony...is such void space payable? the void space cannot be used to build platform or do anything with it cos its outside the upper storey master room.

its unlike the void space within the house where u can use it to build platform or chandelier.

You can't hang the led tv on the wall in the living room. It's a false wall with a gap for the sliding bedroom door.

very seldom to see 1 bedder with 2 bathrooms.
perhaps the niche is more for the rental market. owner can partition up the living room as another bedroom and rent... :p

Went to the showroom. Not impress w the 1 bedder penthouse. No balcony but u have open terrace. The stairs are made of wood , quite retro. The worse is.....having yours n your downstairs neighbors aircon compressors all located above your master room roof!

actually the living room can be converted into a small room also right? usually the tenant will only stay inside their room... so no living room or sun light in the kitchen is fine :o
