SPG, coming to the unit and ask where is the tenant ..................

refusing to leave as her simple mind thinks that the landlord should know where the tenant has moved to:D

Spilled lemon juice.. resulting in a very non glossy looking patch. Even those CNY gumquat plants the fallen fruits will damage the marble.

Tenant leaves behind huge potted plants. Soil in pots is way too heavy to be moved. If don't remove.. during the vacancy period.. need regular maintenance.

Energy Saving lightbulbs all replaced with cheap incandescent low wattage ones.

Marble flooring.. is very individual specific. If fussy, forget about ever seeing that glossy look ever again. Acidic patch is soaked to entire depth of tile. Need to replace the tile if want to restore the look. Acid causes the tile to be porous. There is no solution to this damage.

Light bulbs are cheap. The labour to replace isn't. Try DIY by climbing up and down the ladder for every light fixture.
