Recently I saw there were 15 transactions that were done for Katong Omega Apartments. This is at East Coast Road next to the Caltex Station and opposite the famous Beach Road Prawn Noodle.

The psf done was around S$1650 on the the average.

Total number of units is 24..

The residents must be laughing to the banks....:cheers1:

Was it en bloc or just an investor taking a big bet..??

Shdb enbloc. I have been eyeing this project for awhile but guess its undergoing enbloc discussion hence no units have been put up for sale till i gave up. lol.

The most recent transaction before all these was done in 2008 @ 726psf.

Yup i saw these transactions on bt sunday also!

Now the Omega devt is low rise and has big units, so the developer shd be able to maximise its full plot ratio potential and build more units on the land

Nearby Poshgrove east is selling for $1400++ in Jan 2014

This will be great for the area's future potential!!
