I find that when we visit new launch, sales people will comment low maintenance cost per month. But once developer exits after TOP, the honeymoon period would end with the developer.

Care to share name of condo, $$ per share upon signing S&P and $$ per share after developer exits condo?

After TOP SGD 935.88/3= SGD 311.63 per month.

Southbank 2 Bedroom 958 sqft No. of share 343, (858.80+110.10)=968.9/3= SGD 322.96 per month.
