Some websites charges as high as $4.95 'a' floor plan and some more with watermark. This is ridiculous.

You can get all the floor plan with no watermark using this FREE android app in the database. We should support them for providing us free and I believe they are surviving on just google advertising ad.

Seem like this app is newly setup with limited info. ..even some newly or upcoming to TOP condo floor plan also don't have...:drinking_coffee_ico!

Give them time. I believe they are uploading as many projects as they could. Their database grew from 30 projects to 60 projects within a week.
At least there is no watermark for user to download and it is free for Agent to edit and put their face on it.
Perhaps we should email to them the old floor plan and so that they can put it in the web and share it.
Currently, there are 90 projects floor plan uploaded.
when they collected enough, they probably will start to charge a minimum amount!

This app is contribute by various agents and contributor with the intention to provide FREE info for user to use it.
The floor plan is again contribute by various parties as declared in the free app.
Anyway, despite negative review, we still add in new feature added to view the smallest 1 bedroom to smallest 4 bedroom project in the database. Do update your app for free!

For android app, once you opt for free, it will be free forever unless you create another version like lite or full version.
No choice. No $ for publicity. Hope this argument generate some interest for this app!
Again, this app initially created is meant for a group of internal agent to use. No watermark, high resolution pic for others to view it. Again, all cost to develop this app and the database fully paid by a group of agents. Zero cost to user. Click the advertise ad if you really like it.

Most of it do not come with dimensions. The actual unit normally slightly differ from the floorplan. You need to engage contractor to do the exact measurement.

Tried using it with wifi or use the iPhone version. When it exit from the application, it is due to server not connecting to your phone.

Thanks. Tried both. Somehow Iphone could see the price transacted but not andorid format.
The request from iPhone is higher than android. Once finalise the feature on iPhone, will port over to android.

I really liked Floorplanner since it was first tried, and slightly better than the other sites. But there aresome thing that are still confusing.

Really? You must be very experience buyer/seller/agent. Good for you! I wonder how many of your 'serious' buyer really knows about IEA beside agent.
One man's meat is another man's poison. Again, this app is created to benefit the division agents initially, sponsor and contribute by community who wanted to remain anonymous. There are a few exclusive projects IEA do not have but we do, thanks to the community.
If you think it is useful to you, support us by using us! More people mean more community fund to continue this free project. We have sponsors who will be providing us transacted and rental info for the projects for the Iphone only app in the coming months. Dont need to register or sign in to view the info in your palm.

Flat buyers can now retain up to $20,000 in CPF when taking HDB loan
Starting August 28, flat buyers taking out a loan from the Housing and Development Board (HDB) will have the option of retaining up to $20,000 each in their CPF Ordinary Account (OA).
Previously, flat buyers had to fully utilise the balances in their CPF OA to pay for their flat purchase, before taking up a HDB housing loan.
The option to retain some balance in their CPF OA with the new move will provide flat buyers with “greater flexibility in using their CPF funds” said HDB in the press release.
