When will the detailed floor plan be released for a condo under construction?

What are the things to take note of during the renovation?

How is the key collection like?

What other payments needed I, aside from the mortgage, in the months leading to the key collection?

Some lawyer fees.

Fix appointment to collect key (after payment confirmed).

Check for defects and submit defects list. 1st check most important before other works kick in.

Detailed floor plans (with electrical points etc) I think when handing over the home, can find in the riser? Else, can ask the agent handing over to you.
