Any idea if this almost 40 yo estate is good for en bloc now

don't see it happening, area still kind of remote. and huge site. and reasonable number of gov plots still around (next GLS is probably a site next to hillv2 mall).

The best thing about Dairy Farm was the view. But now the forested area behind has been cleared and there is construction. It is still pretty remote as even the MRT is a Long walk out for those living in the inner blocks. Traffic is pretty bad on Upper Bukit Timah Rd too. I used to live around there and disliked it. But there are those who loved the greenery and the area had its charm. There was strong resistance to the earlier en bloc attempt but now perhaps the greenery fans may be less resistant. However they have big units and it won't be easy to replace with today's prices.
